19 Sep Sallyz Star Staff: August
Each month, Sallyz likes to recognize a member of our team that staff feels have gone above and beyond for both other staff members and clients at the center. This month Sallyz would like to celebrate Rose. We asked Rose a few questions about her time at Sallyz and these were her answers.
- How long have you been with Sallyz?
- In July Rose celebrated her 2 year “anniversary” with Sallyz!
- What brought you to working with this population?
- Rose has a close family member with Autism and growing up and seeing all of the people who were willing to help him made her also want to do the same for others.
- What is one of your favorite parts of this job?
- “It’s super rewarding. Every kid we work with has their own unique set of abilities and it’s so fun to see what they will surprise you with each day.”
Some wonderful things that other staff members had to say about Rose include how her positive attitude and empathetic heart directly impacts and motivates her fellow coworkers to be better. She understands the kids and responds so well to their needs, and that she always has a great energy that makes learning fun! We are so lucky to have Rose on the Sallyz team.
